Hairstylist Ted Gibson loves to use mousse on curly hair to help define and keep those coils and spirals in place. "I use a wide-tooth comb to make sure every strand of hair is saturated. Then, with a flexible diffuser, I dry the hair. While drying, it's important not to move the hair," he advises. "I sometimes, depending on the event, will use a medium-sized curling ironto add more definition to the curls."
